I am passionate about integrating the mind and body for overall wellness and improving satisfaction in life.
Most people are not failing because they are weak; they are exhausted from surviving patterns, pain, and relationships that were never truly helping them heal. No one was meant to do this alone. I believe healing often begins when we accept where we are at with patience, grace, and understanding. Then, we can create a space for honest conversations, and together we can build the life that you desire and deserve, and make real change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and motivating. My approach is grounded in deep compassion, validation, and honest reflection. I value helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, how their thoughts formed, why they respond the way they do, and what lies beneath the struggles they’re facing. By identifying root issues, accepting where we are today, and recognizing where change is needed, we can work toward meaningful growth.
I am highly motivated to work with clients who want to improve all aspects of their wellbeing: mental, physical, social, and spiritual. I believe everything is connected, and I love working with the whole person to help them build the vibrant life they deserve. I also deeply appreciate clients who can bring humor to the process while still getting down to the serious work behind it all. I want my clients to enjoy therapy and feel confident in the direction they are headed.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I enjoy working with all ages and am deeply passionate about educating my clients. I believe that knowledge is power and you deserve to understand the changes that we are making!
As an integrative systemic therapist, I tailor the treatment of each client to their individual and relationship needs. I most often utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and strategies to shape my practice. Additionally, I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) to help you overcome your trauma.
In therapy sessions, you can expect compassion and validation with some direct and honest feedback mixed in. I believe that meaningful change occurs when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you’re hoping to heal a relationship, work through trauma, or gain clarity about your next steps, I would be honored to support you in that process.
