I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate some of life’s more difficult experiences. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with past experiences, navigating grief, or trying to find a stronger sense of self, I’m here to help you feel understood, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to counseling. I value building genuine connections with my clients through empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand their experiences. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable showing up as who you are, exploring your experiences, and moving toward healing at your own pace.
I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) into my work to encourage self-exploration, self-compassion, and healing from difficult or traumatic experiences. I believe that many of the ways we think, feel, and respond to the world are shaped by our experiences, and that understanding these patterns can help us move toward healing. I believe in creating room for both compassion and growth, recognizing that sometimes we need to feel understood and supported, while other times growth comes from gently stepping outside of our comfort zones, exploring new perspectives, and moving beyond patterns that may no longer serve us.
