I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, authentic, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, creating space for growth and healing.

When you enter my therapy room, you don’t need to have everything figured out—we can figure that out together. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and honesty as we explore what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll approach your experiences with openness and acceptance while gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back.

I work with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, using research-informed approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 12 years working with special education students with multiple disabilities. This experience deepened my appreciation for each person’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences and continues to shape the individualized care I provide.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My hope is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

Most of all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel supported as you work toward meaningful change, knowing you don’t have to navigate it all alone.
